They were very professional and knowledgeable. They addressed my concerns and then advised me of other issues I wasn't aware of and needed to be repaired. I got quotes from other contractors who never mentioned the other issues. These issues needed to be addressed. As a result, I went into contract with them.

Jon and his team were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They worked tirelessly in the hot sun to repoint my chimney, repair the crown, and replace the liner. They also fixed the flashing around the chimney and added a roof cricket to prevent future leaking. I would highly recommend hiring them!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge for initial visits. For example; for chimney inspections, roofing inspections, or to come out for estimates on repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out for FREE consultation. We will perform an inspection (If your job is Chimney or Roofing) we will take video, pictures, measurements etc. to help us visually go over every detail with you. Show you any key problem areas. We will take our time and answer any and all questions, you might have. If there are multiple options, for repairs, we will write them all out separately for you. (Estimates could be done ‘on site’ or at a later time, to avoid you sitting for a period of time, waiting) We usually email you the estimate with any pictures or other files pertaining to your project. If you want to have work done, we usually discuss payment options, warranties & scheduling.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have 20+ years of ‘on the job’ experience. Continue to workshop every year, to learn new techniques and standards.
