What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rentals start at $4 per chair and $12 per table. Packages start at $350. A 30% deposit is required to secure your date with the balance due 7 days before your event. Delivery starts at $125 depending on location.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simply reach out with your event date, location and items needed. We will send a custom quote within 24 hours. Once you approve the quote we send an invoice and collect a 30% deposit to secure your date. We handle delivery, setup and pickup so you can focus on celebrating!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a locally owned family business with hands on experience in event furniture rental, logistics and customer service throughout Delaware County and surrounding areas.
