- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take my serv-safe test every 5 years and I am always reading books on my profession and studying new techniques. I make a point of keeping my very own recipes/ideas in a binder that I have had since I started cooking
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Watching the chefs while I washed dishes. It fascinated me and I've always had a love for cooking and eating. My family loves to have everyone involved in cooking and eating
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Just make sure you hire a clean and caring chef. Who cares deeply about his food and the people who eat it.
