We had a really good experience with Luam and AllProOne Construction LLC. This was our first time hiring a contractor for a job of This magnitude and they walked us through every step of the process and made us feel completely comfortable. They repaired and reinforced our backyard balcony, which was sagging in the middle and needed additional support.From the estimate through the completion of the job, everyone was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They got us on the schedule within a few weeks and finished the work in about a day and a half.A couple of additional issues came up once the work started, but they explained everything clearly and the added cost was reasonable. I appreciated that they kept me updated throughout the process and there were no surprises.Overall, the work was done well, the communication was solid, and the whole process was smooth. I'd definitely hire them again and plan to call them for a few other projects I have in mind.

Luan , the owner, showed up on time, and presented a professional appearance, did a good examination of my problems and offered a reasonable solution. He also informed us that due to the deteriorating grout, there was the possibility the job could be more extensive than it appears.The proposal was accepted and he started the job within a few days. His workers were very polite and respectful of our property, they did a good job.The final job turned out to be more complicated and bigger than originally estimated, but within the potential concerns Luan expressed. In the end, we agreed on a higher price that was fair to everyone ,and the final job looks great.Luan also did additional work, outside the scope of the contractfixing and patching holes and cracks in other parts of a stone wall, and reset several bricks in our walkway as a courtesy and professional sign of good will.We will use AllProOne construction for any other relevant jobs that might occur.

I hired the company to tear down an old deck and replace it with a stone patio. The company representative came on time for the meeting to discuss the estimate. He was intelligent, articulate and informed. We were able to enter into an agreement quickly. I felt like he was a straight shooter from the start.The project started exactly when he said it would and progressed as planned. During the project, we became of aware of certain issues relating to the structure (long standing issues that we were not aware of). The site manager did not panic. He immediately determined the cause of the issue, formulated a plan of action and we entered into a second agreement for the additional work, at a more than reasonable price.Frankly, the contractor could have tried to leverage the situation as the newly found damage prevented the rest of the work from being done. He could have tried to gouge me on the price as I really had very few options. Instead, he acted honorably under the circumstances, and worked to help me with the problem rather than trying to take advantage of me. There are very few people like that in the world, and I will not forget it.The whole project advanced, and I now have a better house for it, and my patio is beautiful. I can't recommend this company enough. I am putting where my mouth is as I intend to have them come out in September for additional work.There is something to be said for a company and its owner who do exactly what they said they are going to do, and to deliver the product they promised without any drama.
