- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each session is 1 hour long. I offer my coaching sessions by the package: 1 Session, 5 Sessions, or 10 Sessions
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All my coaching is individual and customized. Once we agree on a coaching time, date, location (Zoom if necessary) and payment is made, I email a questionnaire for the athlete to complete and return to me. The completed questionnaire, along with any other information I need to know, will help to determine my coaching approach to best fulfill what's best for the athlete.

I have worked with both male and female athletes from the youth level to professional level.
