What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start all visits with looking over your windows and measuring, i then like to find out your goals for the room to offer you the best product for your space. once that is narrow down we look at product colors etc . i usally get an estimate together in a couple days then i give you a day to look at everything then follow up with a phone call to answer any questions. manufacturing take about 14 days i then bring the product to your home for the installation which i usually within a week of me receiving your product.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years of on the job training working with all types of blinds and shades
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started in 09 working for Home depot installing for them i found myself to being the sales person at times and really enjoyed working with customer from start to finsh with there projects.
