So I hired this stylist and I asked about a few styles to get a understanding if she was able to complete the sytle i was looking for because it was for my daughters sweet 16. She advise that she could so I hired her. From the time she started to finish I was very happy with the turn out. It look nothing like the photo and it was done on a unprofessinal level. The hair was not sew in tght enough, when she compelted the sew in she didnt brush out my hair from any knots no did she make me look presentable. I had a 2 step process for my hairstyle so I never got hair done like this and it wasnt done right. She did the same for my daughter. Now she was nice but her work wasnt on the level it should be for someone in this feild for 30 years. So the next day she start our updo's and it turned out to be a slop. She used cheap bobby pins to pin up our hair. The braids look nothing like braids, She didnt provide a mirrow so I can see what she did in the back. When she was done about 30 mins later our hair dropped we had to redo our hair. My makeup artics knew how up we were and took time out to do my daughters hair and did not charge and her work was amazing. If it wasnt for her my daughter wouldnt have look as amazing as she did. To pay $320 for services I did not receive was an horrible experaince. The only person I will go to for this service wil be our makeup artist. I reached out to her to advice of how unhappy we were and asked for a refund and I go respose back at all. Due to her lack we ended up late to my daughter sweet 16 bash. She had her daughter there helping telling her what to do and how. Wasnt a good experiance at all. Very uphappy for the money I paid.

I have 30 + years experience in hairstyling. I trained at Empire Beauty School. I worked for a twenty operator Regis hair salon for 2 years, and i have operated my own salon for 30 years or more.
