I was fortunate enough that they were available on the same day I needed junk removal and with barely any notice! Communication was clear and easy, and everything was done quickly and well.

Totally Trashed was very responsive and very versatile on days and times to come get my junk. They arrived on time, both very friendly and professional down to earth people. I would absolutely recommend Totally Trashed to anyone who needs to clean out their space! Roger responded to me right away and provided a clear quote, then showed up on time just a few days later, as planned! Roger and his son did a great job at emptying our crawlspace which had a lot of scrap metal and other junk, then also swept the crawlspace floor before their finish. In addition Roger pointed out a small water leak he noticed, and thanks to this I'll be able to get it fixed before it gets worse. Highly recommend, totally 5 stars service!

I definitely recommend Totally Trashed to anyone that needs a clean out job done. Roger called me right away, gave me an unbelievable price and THE PRICE DIDNT CHANGE once he got there. They did an amazing job on emptying out a basement filled with 30 years of junk!!! If it were possible to give Totally Trashed more than 5 stars I would!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
