Introduction: My name is Chef Chet Garland. With over 30 years of experience cooking everything from Chicken Wings to Caviar, I would love my next opportunity to be a small intimate dinner party for you and your guests. My specialty is taking the time to customize a unique menu for you. In fact, for each party I will venture out to local purveyors to personally select each ingredient so that each course is special. I prefer to keep the parties small—-anywhere from 2 to 12 people—-but can do up to 30 to 40 people depending on the menu that we create together.

There is not enough good things to say about Chef Chet. He was professional, personable and truly a joy to work with. The food was outstanding and he really worked to put a wonderful menu together for my daughter’s birthday dinner. I am still full today after such a delicious meal.
