- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For almost all matters, we offer a fixed fee price so there is no surprise billing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For estate planning clients, I do a brief introductory call to explain the process. I then send them some homework to do. We will meet again (typically via zoom) to go through the selections. After I prepare the documents, we will meet briefly to discuss them. Then we will have a signing meeting which must be in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Notre Dame Law School in 1997 so I have been practicing law for almost 25 years.
