William was accommodating, flexible, and talented at taking care of assorted problems at our old house -- replacing rotting trim boards, painting, closing off chipmunk access point, etc. He also did more than expected by painting an adjacent area that I had prepped and hoped to get to myself (which is never a sure bet). Much appreciated care and professionalism.

I hired WS to power wash and paint the roof covering my front steps. The paint was peeling and the corbels were filthy. My home is on a busy street and gets very dirty from all the cars passing by. WS contacted me immediately, came and gave me a fair price. They arrived at the agreed upon time, got right to work and by the end of the day my front door looked amazing! I will not hesitate to hire WS again and again! Here are before and after photos. Believe me that the before was much worse in person and the after is much better!

Will and his crew took on a very big and complex secondary egress project at one of my rental properties. They worked extremely quickly and were very accommodating with any changes that the engineer requested. They dealt with a difficult building inspector and never once had an issue fulfilling his requests. His price was extremely reasonable and the quality of work was amazing. I will definitely hire him again in the future.
