I had been communicating with me throughout the process: he said that in my choosing a time slot of 11a-2p, he would be arriving around 11:30, and arrived as promised. I advised him of the two faucets I purchased-one for the kitchen and other for the bathroom. Both jobs were done in about 90 minutes and had were done very well. Would definitely recommend him and his work, and would also consider him for future plumbing matters.

New toilet purchased at Lowe's with professional installation. The contractor pick up the item from the store and also hauled away the old toilet. The job was handled in a professional manner and I would recommend using Francis Plumbing and Heating.
