ReparaFix is a local appliance repair service run by Natanael Diaz, with 11 years of hands-on experience. We repair refrigerators and freezers (including ice makers and cooling problems caused by fans, defrost, controls or electrical faults), washers and dryers, gas and electric ovens, ranges and cooktops, dishwashers and microwaves. We work on all major brands, including high-end and commercial units, across Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. Our diagnostic visit is $130 within 25 miles, and $160 and up beyond that. If you hire us, the fee is credited toward your repair. Every repair comes with a 6-month labor and 1-year parts warranty. Book any day Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Please note: we don't do sealed-system work. That means no refrigerant recharges, leak repairs, or compressor, evaporator or condenser replacements. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnostic visit is $130 within 25 miles, and $160 and up for longer trips. If you hire us for the repair, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the final cost. We give you the repair price before any work starts. We accept cash, card, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay and checks.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
