Homecore Property Services is my owner-operated business. I’m a career maintenance supervisor with a strong hands-on background, and I started Homecore because I enjoy doing the work myself and holding my work to a high standard. I focus on craftsmanship, proper methods, and clean, professional finishes—never shortcuts or quick fixes. I’m still working full-time as a maintenance supervisor, which allows me to offer reliable after-hours availability on weekdays (3:30–9pm) and full availability on weekends for clients who need flexibility outside a standard 9–5

Did a great job repairing a large drywall patch! Everything looks clean and ready for paint. He also pointed out an unfinished patch around an outlet and fixed it for free, which was a nice surprise. Would definitely hire again!
