Brad the owner was amazing to deal with. So friendly, knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. He even reached out to us the same day we started requesting quotes. Out of everyone that came to look at our home, Brad was the only one who was thorough with providing us an accurate and fair quote. Others came to look at the house and just threw a number out there, but Brad took measurements and photos and reached back out to us the following day with a quote. That tells us he did the research and wanted to give us a fair price which we appreciated. He was always fast with responding to us and our questions. I highly recommend using Spectrum Painting. He made this project go by so smoothly. We’ll definitely be using him again for our next project.

Total broke a$$ clown. This guy took me for an initial deposit of 4.5k (cashed the check at my bank and asked to make it out to him personally (he does not have a contractor's license and is using Spectrum Painting which is licensed to another contractor in RI) and said the job would be completed during the first week of Oct. 2024. He scraped paint *Manually (doesn't even own a sander...red flag) for about 5 hours including a 2 hour lunch break and never returned. He made it look good by leaving a few gallons of paint and caulk with some junk yard paint equipment on my property. Stay away from this clown. Gave me the old my work truck broke down, next day my van broke down too. "NEED A COUPLE OF DAYS" A week and a half went by, and I threatened him for my money back. Called the State Police on me. LOL Broke a$$ Brad. I will get my money back. Total scammer

This business was very unprofessional. We agreed on days that he would come and do my project and changed them at the last minute. I took time out of work and this was very inconvenient. When I sent a follow up text asking what the plan was, he ignored me and never responded.

Kelly inquired about a relatively small job one year ago.
I gave her a quote and schedule the job. She canceled on us. Fair enough.
No deposit was taken. No exchange of services had happened.
She contacted me again a year later, and said she would like to proceed with the job .
I honored the previous quote, even though the economy had experienced inflation.
We don’t require customers to be home while we perform our work, but she wanted to be there, which is fine.
She wanted to schedule the project during her work vacation & told me “anytime that week was fine”.
I told her we would be there on the 22nd or 23rd of July mon/Tue, and that the job would take 1 to 2 days
I said we would confirm at the end of the week prior to the project which day. I did that.
She then told me that we had agreed on Monday and she had appointments Wednesday and made a veiled threat. Red flag 🚩 I have the screenshots. We canceled the appointment.
No exchange of money or services happened.

I've used Spectrum Painting for various projects over an 8 year period. The owner Brad, is a perfect gentleman, and a true professional.
They came highly recommended, and lived up to the billing. So tough to find trustworthy, honest trade workers who deliver great value.
