Our workshops include intro to foot/hand reflexology, acupressure points for head and neck, marketing your business, and ear coning certification. Reflexology is a complementary, noninvasive practice, involving thumb and finger techniques to apply alternating pressure to reflexes shown on reflex maps of the body, located on the feet, hands, and outer ears (RAA). Supporting both conventional and holistic approaches, reflexology is primarily a relaxation technique, negating the effects of stress, while it helps the body relax. It therapeutically reduces stress and tension throughout the body’s systems to improve blood and lymph circulation, regulate body functions and release toxins from the body’s tissues. It's good for everyone but particularly for those with chronic pain issues from illnesses such as MS, Parkinson's, cancer, etc.
