My pilot went out on an old furnace. (I'm hoping to replace soon). They showed up within a half hour of my request, got her lit, and then showed me how to do it, so I won't need to pay to have them come out again. Because the process was only about 30 minutes, they didn't price gouge me. Because my system is clearly old and will more than likely keep losing heat- I was able to make an appointment to see about financing and getting a new system.

Lost heat on one of the coldest nights. They offered to come out late evening. I was already sick in bed w/space heater so asked for the next day. They finished the job and offered to come earlier than scheduled, kept in constant communication, and definitely knew what they were doing, so I felt confident. My heating system is old and will eventually need to be replaced soon. I'll definitely be using this company.
