I had a light bulb suddenly explode in my downstairs bathroom and then a few weeks later had a spark come out of a hairdryer while being used in another bathroom. Nyles responded promptly and was even able to fit me in that day. It was crystal clear that he is highly knowledgeable. I wish I could describe what he did. But it was well beyond the scope of my understanding, despite his best efforts. I can say he went over and above to ensure my safety and even prevent future problems. In addition, he was very friendly and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. I already discussed with him some future projects I have in mind. In short he knows his stuff, is super nice, and very reasonable in his fee.
