- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For handyman projects, we charge hourly. For flooring and other larger jobs, we charge by the square foot or the item. We do offer discounts for military, elderly, nurses, teachers, first responders,
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we start off with a quick phone call so I can understand what type of work you need done and to understand the scope. Depending on the project, I may be able to give you a quote right over the phone or online; other times we may need to come out to measure or view the project. Once we view the project, depending on the scope - we can immediately schedule if you're comfortable with the price and we decide to work together.

Dan and Steve have over 25 combined years of experience in residential, commercial and municipal construction including general contracting, roofing, flooring, fencing, remodeling and new home construction.
