Mr. Cabral has been an excellent property manager. He did several minor repairs and spruced up our home. Before interviewing many possible tenants, he vetted the people before sending their names to us for final approval. He visits the property frequently. Mr. Cabral is easy to get in touch with, and willing to give us advice about being landlords, taxes, and maintenance. GREAT JOB!

This was great John responded quickly and was at my house quickly same day to be exact. He power washed my house and even did some extra. He made sure he didn't miss anything and before he packed up had me check it over. Our house looks great. He even made my girls happy when he put their catapillars back in the but collecting container. Overall he did an outstanding job! If I have any other projects he's the man I'm gonna call!! We price out most of our jobs to avoide confusion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are part of many groups online. There are some local groups but they do not meet business objectives all they do is sell memberships. We do not participate in these type of groups.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have cut grass and landscaped as a kid. Went to college full time for 7 years didn't complete my CAGS in Business management. I opened up and managed business in hospitality industry and realized working for others and making them money is not the American dream. So I devoted more time to the business and still worked for others while hiring employees.
