- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently attending baystate schopl of technology tp obtain cert for the larger commercial freezers an refrigrrators. Advanced schooling allows me to service grocery stores,restautants,etc...
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of jobs vary depending on what type of appliance it is that we are called on to repair. For refrigerators the most common is when a refrigerator or freezer is warm or not cold enough. For a oven, range, or stove would be not lighting properly. For a washer would be not spinning or leaving the clothes wet or not draining properly. For a Dryer the most common job is either the dryer is not heating or has poor heat. For dishwashers the most common problem we encounter would be when the unit either does not run or does not drain. All of these types of jobs we encounter the most for each of these types of appliances.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First is to ask what type of experience they have in repairing appliances and have they had any specialized training in both appliance and refrigeration repair. Most Appliance repair companies only repair specific brands of appliances ask first if they do repair your brand of appliance. Not very many repair all types as we do.
