    Complete rebuild of my website. My online presence and all of my seo. This was a crazy decision I made to try and do it all myself. I could not do it and Frank could. Not only did he save my sanity, he created something amazing for me that I could not have comprehended. I am still amazed each time I look at my site. The customer service has been more than I could have expected and he not only answers my questions super fast but he is on the ball with updates, security risks etc before I ever know there is an issue. Hands down, Frank is fantastic!

    Working with Frank was a pleasure. Often times in the past when working with a designer I wasn't able to get what I was thinking out, and the results I got back were less than favorable. With Frank that wasn't a problem. After the first time I used him for a project, I have used him a couple other times and have suggested friends to him as well. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with clients is important I feel it gives them a good feeling that they are connecting with a really person via emailing back and fourth. I also can do phone meetings if a future client is out of state.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All my work is self taught I thrive to learn as much as I can.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing depends on the type of work needed. I tend to be the middle man and also work within a clients budget.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was ask to create a catalog for my day job and from there I kept at it and a lot f people enjoyed my work so I haven't stopped, it's been close to 5 years in the business.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
April Soderstrom Jewelry it took me 7 days to rebuild an e-commerce site becasue she was getting an appearance on the Today show so I needed to make things work for her. Her old web designer never got back to her so she contacted ten12 design. I am 110% always there for April and she always sends me new clients and highly talks about me and my work.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they care about you as a client and willing to always be there for you when needed.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
One should ask to view their portfolio.
