What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the type of work needed. I tend to be the middle man and also work within a clients budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with clients is important I feel it gives them a good feeling that they are connecting with a really person via emailing back and fourth. I also can do phone meetings if a future client is out of state.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All my work is self taught I thrive to learn as much as I can.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was ask to create a catalog for my day job and from there I kept at it and a lot f people enjoyed my work so I haven't stopped, it's been close to 5 years in the business.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
April Soderstrom Jewelry it took me 7 days to rebuild an e-commerce site becasue she was getting an appearance on the Today show so I needed to make things work for her. Her old web designer never got back to her so she contacted ten12 design. I am 110% always there for April and she always sends me new clients and highly talks about me and my work.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they care about you as a client and willing to always be there for you when needed.

One should ask to view their portfolio.
