Exceptional Service and Expertise!! I recently had a split air conditioning inside unit replaced, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of service. Our split unit broke in our apartment so we called Horizon to come and fix it! Mike came out that day; tried everything to get it back up and running but we needed an entire new unit. Mike was extremely responsive throughout the process when I asked him the estimated arrival of the unit. He answered me almost immediately and also reached out to me when the product had arrived. Mike was out a day later to replace it. He mounted the controller to the wall for me because I lose everything! He offered to clean the mess up but I insisted I would do it. Very professional, timely and extremely helpful with the new product. Mike even sent a follow up text a few hours later asking if I had any questions on the unit and how it was working! I highly recommend his services!!! Thank you Horizon for getting us cooled down here!!!
