I am really out of words. I had first talked with this person. We discussed about what I was hoping for my project. She seems excited, just as I did. She told me that she would love to come down and see my yard. Initially I did mentioned that it was a small yard. I sent couple of pictures of my property, and that was it. This lady didn't respond, neither did she had any courtesy to inform me that, she does not do small projects. Or was no longer interested. I was very shocked. I really didn't want to give this review, but I did it only for the respect sake of Thumtback. Thanks!

Leah, I am so sorry that I missed your reply to me. I thought you would have sent me the pictures on my email address. I normally correspond this way after the initial contact. I honestly thought that you changed your mind or that it was still early with the weather we've had this spring. If you haven't found anyone else, I hope you will allow me to make it up to you. We were unable to keep up with our garden this year. Lorelei spent several days weeding, thinning, trimming, and even dividing overgrown plants. She is terrific! We will definitely call on her expertise again next spring.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is $20.00 per hour once I am hired.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the original phone conversation, I like to meet with the customer in person quickly to review their project and their expectations. I like to go above and beyond for customers so that they completly satisfied with the process as well as the end result.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for a full service landscaper so I learned how to manage clients yards with all aspects of improvements as well as maintenance. I provide all gardening services with the exception of lawn mowing and removing debris. I also have worked for realtors with both yard and interior improvements to place on the market. I also have a current real estate license.
