I am a professional musician, playing guitar since 1983 and playing professionally since 1990. Complete beginner? No worries! Need to sharpen your chops? I have the sharpener! Rhythm? Lead? Improv? Fingerstyle? I can get you there. I can also assist you in songwriting and arranging for live performance. You want to learn to play and sing at the same time? I'm your guy. I welcome all styles but I am not proficient in metal or jazz improv. To sound corny...I love to share the door-opening experiences that learning the guitar has given me. Meeting my wife, meeting life-long friends, overcoming shyness, peace of mind in down times, a way to make a living...these are all byproducts of learning the guitar. All worth sharing. Ages 6 and up are welcomed. Please give me a shout. I love to teach!
