We have never had to hire a home inspector before, so we were unsure of what to look for other than a price. We chose Sharpeye due to the low price, but honestly were afraid of what the quality might be. Eric was on time, very professional, precise, and friendly. Not only was he all of these things, but he had our thorough report to us the next day. We loved that his price was competitive to others, but he still delivered quality work. Will definitely be recommending him to everyone and will use him again when the time comes!
