Eric was awesome. He got the inspection done very quickly, but its not to say he was in a rush. He had a keen eye for all the major things and caught them very quickly. He got the report to me within the hour. Would recommend working with him.
Eric was great. He was very attentive and organized and performed the inspection in great detail. I would highly recommend him!

We have never had to hire a home inspector before, so we were unsure of what to look for other than a price. We chose Sharpeye due to the low price, but honestly were afraid of what the quality might be. Eric was on time, very professional, precise, and friendly. Not only was he all of these things, but he had our thorough report to us the next day. We loved that his price was competitive to others, but he still delivered quality work.
