I am extremely happy with Harfst Plumbing & Heating. Bill’s excellent communication made the process of replacing my old oil tank so much easier. He came out to measure the entryway to ensure the new tank would fit properly, and he even adjusted the installation date because my old tank was running so low on oil. This way, I didn’t have to refill the old tank before the swap. I would highly recommend Harfst Plumbing & Heating and will definitely use them again!

Would recommend Harfst Plumbing and Heating to anyone looking for a great plumber. Went through a a heck of time finding a good one. They did a great job installing toe kick heaters and troubleshooting and repairing an issue under the sink in our kitchen.

Bill Harfst was a life saver! I just moved here to Rhode Island and tried working on my bathroom sink with a little DIY. Long story short, I had a leak under the sink and could not get my faucet to stop dripping. Other professionals that I reached out to were charging fees and high quotes. When I came across Bill, he came out for a free assessment and let me know right away what needed to be done. His work, time, and professionalism were above expectations. My sink was taken care of and there was no mess for me to clean. Aside from the job, Bill was great to talk to and gave me advice about the area as I am new to Rhode Island. I will for sure be calling Bill in the future if ever I need anything! Hands down, Bill is your guy!
