- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There really is no once-size-fits-all for video production. Each client's needs are usually different, so pricing reflects that. We aren't the cheapest company but we aren't the most expensive. We are a professional company with insurance, employees, etc. If you are looking for a college kid with a camera and a tripod, we aren't the right fit for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to hit the ball out of the park on every single project we take on. It's the main reason we have so many repeat customers. Our process is simple - we go over all pre-production issues, schedule a shoot date, shoot your project, transfer all files to dropbox.com, and then provide a working draft of your video within the agreed upon timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We all have B.A.s in Communications focusing in Advertising, Broadcast Journalism and Business. In addition our Aerial Drone Pilots are all licensed by the FAA and have completed the various steps to become Professional Pilots under the new ruling.
