I am a real estate broker and hired Reel Big Media to create an aerial video and still photos of a property located near the Bay. The video and photos came out great and I couldn't be more pleased. They came out very quickly (same day, in fact) and got me the video and photos within a day. Very professional and I would definitely recommend them. I will use them again in the future!

Ron is a true professional that’s not only a highly skilled, versatile videographer but also understands the client-agency relationship, is easy going, fun to work with and able to adapt to clients’ ever changing needs.
Ron created product demos and product tutorial videos for our product (were a biotech startup in stealth mode with a connected device). Ron is super detail oriented, a and was very comfortable taking footage from various angles to ensure we got the shots we needed.
He’s a quick learner and was able to tweak our script and presentation style so that the end result was better than what we envisioned.
The final edits were turned around quickly, had great lighting, audio and shots: everything was super organized for us on Vimeo and and he didn’t baulk or charge extra for tiny last-minute tweaks.
As a product marketing manager, id recommend him for any Product overviews/how-tos, instructional or promotional videos. We will definitely be using him again post-launch.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There really is no once-size-fits-all for video production. Each client's needs are usually different, so pricing reflects that. We aren't the cheapest company but we aren't the most expensive. We are a professional company with insurance, employees, etc. If you are looking for a college kid with a camera and a tripod, we aren't the right fit for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to hit the ball out of the park on every single project we take on. It's the main reason we have so many repeat customers.
Our process is simple - we go over all pre-production issues, schedule a shoot date, shoot your project, transfer all files to dropbox.com, and then provide a working draft of your video within the agreed upon timeline.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We all have B.A.s in Communications focusing in Advertising, Broadcast Journalism and Business. In addition our Aerial Drone Pilots are all licensed by the FAA and have completed the various steps to become Professional Pilots under the new ruling.
