It's my creation....I have built the plane as I was flying it in order to figure out exactly what customers need. I listen, I don't over sell, I pay close attention to the nature of each event and take my business very personally. This is an easy question. We never, ever do the same thing twice! Every day, every client, every event is a brand new chance to make someone happy and satisfy their need for affordable, beautifully presented food, delivered on time. It is constantly changing and we are very flexible, so, for us, it adds to the fun! :)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I frequently attend food shows, wine tastings, grand openings and CEU courses in my field.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I opened my first business (a coffeehouse) in 1997 and people just kept asking for more. Pastry trays, chocolates, appetizers, space rental, linens, etc.....and we just kept saying YES!
