Robert was wonderful! I just moved in into my house and i wanted to use my fireplace so I thought i just needed cleaning, however he found out all the things that were erong and fixed them right away. Thank you to Sal as well for following up throughout the day. I will definitely be working with them in the future.

Can I pick all 5? Punctuality, responsiveness, work quality, professionalism, value ! I admit I chose E-Z randomly- and boy did I hit the jackpot! I received a response same day to my inquiry with an appointment within days for an evaluation and quote and a return to complete the job also within days. Respectful, gentlemanly, understanding of my loud chihuahua- and perfect service, along photos for documentation of work needed. I was able to use my fireplace same day as a first time homeowner- a dream come true. NO NEED TO CHOOSE RANDOMLY- CHOOSE E-Z !

Nothing I can’t say about EZ Vent! Edwin sir you lead a great crew. He was thorough, had no problem letting us know what our chimney needed and didn’t need! Unfortunately we had the need of replacing our liner, which was discovered when we paid for the $200 inspection but EZ crew were honest reliable and also were able to help me save a lot of money! I can’t thank them enough, I’ve been calling them annually for my inspections!
