- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing transparent and fair based on the quality of work we provide. As finish carpenters, we focus on precision, detail, and long-lasting results—not quick, low-quality work. Every project is different, so we typically provide custom estimates after seeing the space or photos. That said, we always aim to stay competitive within the Rhode Island market while delivering a higher-end finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your vision, budget, and timeline. From there, we’ll review photos or schedule an on-site visit if needed. Once everything is clear, we provide a detailed estimate and walk you through the plan. Our goal is to make the process smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve been in the carpentry field since 2016, starting in vocational school and continuing full-time ever since. Our experience covers everything from framing to high-end finish carpentry, including trim work, cabinetry, and remodeling. Over the years, we’ve developed strong attention to detail and efficient jobsite practices that deliver clean, professional results.
