I've been working out with Anthony for over a year, and have got fantastic results. I'm still in the beginning stages of working out with Anthony, but I am definitely glad he reached out to my post. He's exactly the kind of trainer I was hoping to work with. Anthony is really knowledgeable and takes lifting very seriously, though humor is weaved into each session to keep it fun. We go over every move with proper form and he'll stop me during a set to correct me to make sure I'm getting 100% of the benefits in my workout. He's patient and really gets you to understand why you're doing what you're doing. He's great about checking in and really wants his clients to do well. He's a straight shooter, which I like. No bull, no sugarcoating, no excuses. Get in, learn, lift, learn some more, and get out. In about 5 or 6 sessions (2 sessions/week), I already feel stronger and more capable than I felt before starting to train with Anthony, and even see definition forming in my arms. I also had Anthony create a meal plan which is super easy to follow, and I even say it's too much food some days. Change Your Body Fitness is the place to be if you are interested in a "no nonsense" approach to total fitness. Anthony is the real deal, incorporating nutritional health into physical training. We are what we eat, and the results of following Anthony's nutrition plan is amazing. My husband, following this plan lost 30+ pounds, had more energy, and fewer "aches and pains". Having "worked out" my entire life, I have learned more from Anthony, than I learned in the previous 30 years. His focus on safety and the proper use of equipment is invaluable. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have 3 tiers of pricing depending on commitment and frequency of training. My hourly rate is $40. If you commit to 2 months or more for 2 weekly sessions it costs $35 an hour. For 3 sessions a week at 2 months or more commitment it is $30. $45 - 1 session or individually booked sessions $40 - 2 sessions a week for 2 or more months of commitment $35 - 3 sessions a week for 2 or more months of commitment
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will evaluate the customer to see what level I should put him or her. Most customers start the "Total Body Workout".
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a "Champion Body Builder" (no steroids all natural) and a "Nutrition Technician"
