I’m Anthony Ianiero, a trainer at Renegade in East Greenwich. I’ve been in this area for 18 years guiding my clients to getting healthy and fit. I believe in the synergy of good nutrition and a personalized workout plan. It’s the only way you can achieve your goals. I’m an accomplished Personal Trainer and Nutrition Technician with extensive knowledge and experience about nutrition and strength training. I will work with you closely to get the body you want. I also offer a free nutrition consultation and a free workout session with me. Even if you don't work with me you will walk away with a lot of good information about getting healthy and fit. Don't forget nutrition is going to be 80% of your success. I have 3 tiers of pricing depending on commitment and frequency of training. $45 - 1 session or individually booked sessions $40- 2 sessions a week for 2 or more months of commitment $35- 3 sessions a week for 2 or more months of commitment The gratification I get is seeing the person who comes to me unhealthy and in 4 days of implementing my plan and comes to me and says "thank you for putting me on the right path I've haven't felt this good in years." I give them a "Total Body Workout" and a "Nutrition Plan" that really works. I monitor their nutrition progress every 6-7 days. 2-3 days of workouts and there you have success.

I've been working out with Anthony for over a year, and have got fantastic results. Anthony is VERY knowledgeable about weight training, and would be a great choice for anyone who is SERIOUS about results. His emphasis on nutrition opens my eyes to the benefits of eating healthy and quality food. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer!

Anthony is great to work with as he is very knowledgeable and offers great guidance throughout a workout. Everything he does is for a reason and he makes sure you understand the purpose of everything he has you doing. His knowledge of nutrition is impeccable and is able to answer any questions you may have. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer.

I'm still in the beginning stages of working out with Anthony, but I am definitely glad he reached out to my post. He's exactly the kind of trainer I was hoping to work with. Anthony is really knowledgeable and takes lifting very seriously, though humor is weaved into each session to keep it fun. We go over every move with proper form and he'll stop me during a set to correct me to make sure I'm getting 100% of the benefits in my workout. He's patient and really gets you to understand why you're doing what you're doing. He's great about checking in and really wants his clients to do well. He's a straight shooter, which I like. No bull, no sugarcoating, no excuses. Get in, learn, lift, learn some more, and get out. In about 5 or 6 sessions (2 sessions/week), I already feel stronger and more capable than I felt before starting to train with Anthony, and even see definition forming in my arms. I also had Anthony create a meal plan which is super easy to follow, and I even say it's too much food some days. If you work hard and are willing to learn, he's a great instructor.

Change Your Body Fitness has not only "Changed My Body", but "Changed My Life"...for the good! If you want results and are serious about change, Anthony is the person to see. He has been by my side through the good, bad and everything in between for the past 10 years! Not just a strength trainer but a guru in whole body wellness. Teaching and guiding you on how to make your body "HAPPY", while focusing on decreasing body fat and increasing muscle mass. Worth every penny!
