About
We are a local family business moving, tuning and restoring pianos for over 40 years. We are fully insured and have been members of the national piano technician's guild for over 25 years. We carry a large inventory of new and original parts for most American, Asian and European models.
We do not charge for minor repairs/adjustments like a sticky key or two. If this quote is for a piano move, we offer a discount on a tuning.
Our goal at Loiselle Pianos is to give you reliable service at a reasonable rate.

My family loves bringing pianos and people together. Sometimes that means bringing a piano back to life for a young player, a new player or for those wanting to begin again. Sometimes that means moving a piano from one family to another (this happens fairly regularly) to keep the music going. When we leave a house or school or church and hear the piano being played, we know we did something right.

From start to finish Tony was friendly yet professional. He moved my piano and tuned it. I couldnt be more pleased with the job! He was informative, thorough, and the price was super reasonable, especially given the amount of things I learned from Tony concerning my piano.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard fee which includes minor repairs. We don’t charge customers extra if we can complete repairs while tuning. Often sticky keys and pedal issues fall into this category.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. What are the customer’s goals with the piano
2. What is the condition of the piano
3. If more than a tuning is needed, we create a priority list based on desire and budget
4. Follow up with client for servicing and teaching (if the customer needs networking for an instructor)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are members of the piano technicians guild and have been since the 1970s. All training has been through apprenticing.
