I’m thrilled I hired Tony to tune my piano! He was on time, extremely friendly, transparent, and put up with my two toddlers “helping” him. He was up front about the bare minimums that needed to be done and also wrote up a list of suggested repairs and a quote. It was refreshing to work with someone that didn’t leave you feeling “suckered” or taken advantage of. Looking forward to the next tuning! Thanks Tony! -MorganDec 20, 2019Verified
Tony is a top piano professional and took a lot of time on our Wurlitzer yet his fee was consistent with agreed upon rate. He offered alot of advice of maintenance of the piano and piano lessons resources. I highly recommend Loiselle ServicesNov 9, 2019VerifiedLoiselle Piano Services's reply
Thanks, Bill! My pleasure. I hope you have a great time playing and listening to the piano this holiday season.
The work was excellent. I was so pleased with Tony's professional knowledge and his calm manner. The piano was given to me and had not been tuned in years. When Tony left I was able to sit right down and enjoy playing once again. I had not had a piano in my home for more than 25 years; it was wonderful to play at home again! Thank you, Tony!Aug 29, 2019Verified
Tony is amazing. He brought life back into an old Chickering baby grand we bought when we moved into our new home 5 years ago. We thought it was beyond repaid but now it sounds AMAZING. Broken hammers, missing key tops, etc. He went above and beyond and we look forward to having this piano for years to come.Jun 14, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We have a standard fee which includes minor repairs. We don’t charge customers extra if we can complete repairs while tuning. Often sticky keys and pedal issues fall into this category.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. What are the customer’s goals with the piano 2. What is the condition of the piano 3. If more than a tuning is needed, we create a priority list based on desire and budget 4. Follow up with client for servicing and teaching (if the customer needs networking for an instructor)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are members of the piano technicians guild and have been since the 1970s. All training has been through apprenticing.
