Our basement unexpectedly flooded during a recent storm, and Restoration 1 was the first company to respond. I'm glad they did! Corey and his team were responsive, professional, did a thorough job of extracting the standing water from the basement as well as removing the wet flooring and sheetrock. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do, I will certainly call them again.

I cant say enough good things about Restoration 1, in particular about Matthew. A pipe burst in my grandmothers attic and it was a disaster but Matthew was so kind and helpful, explaining everything that needed to be done to keep the problem from becoming a much larger mold issue. He was punctual and friendly and thorough - he made a bad situation easy to deal with and both my Nana and I appreciate him and Restoration 1 very much.

I had water back up in my basement. They were out the next morning and took care of it quickly but thoroughly. I also had them check out a few water spots on my ceiling that looked like they had been there for a while (I had just moved in to this house). They were professional and well priced. I’d use them again for any water damage in the future (which hopefully doesn’t happen).
