- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you already know exactly what you need, simply place an order through our Pricing page on santerreresume.com. If at any point you have questions or want to speak to an expert before getting started, schedule a free resume audit through Thumbtack. Either way, once you join our family of hundreds of clients, you will be assigned a resume writer and we will build a dialogue with you through email and/or phone in order to quickly organize all the information we will need to begin. Once scheduled, drafts will be completed within 4 days, at which point you will receive all files with any specific feedback requests. You will then enjoy a period of unlimited revisions and follow-up editing in order to guarantee your satisfaction. That being said, most people are able to quickly finalize their resume within a week from the time they pay. Need it faster? We offer Express Service as fast as 5 hours!

Our team of resume writing experts collectively possess vast knowledge of virtually every industry and job type, including sales, marketing, information technology, human resources, education, operations, and project management. Furthermore, many core concepts of our analytical process translate nearly identically across industries.
