I’m incredibly thankful for George. He was calm, patient, and extremely helpful during a situation where I was completely panicked. When my basement suddenly started flooding, I had no idea where the water was coming from or how to stop it.
Through a quick FaceTime call, George walked me through locating and shutting off my home’s main water supply, identifying that the leak was coming from my water heater, and draining the water heater properly to stop the flooding. His knowledge and ability to calmly guide me through everything made an incredibly stressful situation much more manageable.
He was also ready to come out quickly if needed and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and why. I asked a lot of questions, and he patiently answered every one, explained the parts I needed to purchase, and gave me a clear, step-by-step plan to get everything fixed the same day.
