- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a free inspection. We take a close look at your roof, explain what we find in plain language, and walk you through your options. From there you get a clear written quote. Once you're ready, we schedule the work, keep the job site clean, and communicate every step of the way — from the first nail to the final walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained and experienced in full roofing system installation, including Owens Corning systems — not just shingles, but proper underlayment, ventilation, and flashing that all work together. We stay current on manufacturer best practices to make sure every roof is installed to last and to spec.
