I contacted Zoom Drain and they responded quickly. The person I spoke to on the phone said this job would require a more experienced technician, and he had somebody out there within 24 hours. The job was completed and up and running in the matter of a couple of hours from the minute he arrived. I am completely satisfied with their professionalism, communications, swift response, and work quality. If you are looking for a professional plumber, then I highly recommend Zoom Drain of Rhode Island!

We had a toilet clog that ended in a toilet replacement. Zoom drain was extremely thorough in troubleshooting. They did quality work, were extremely responsive, and talked us through what was going on with the plumbing in our old house, which gave us a good frame of reference for future plumbing work that might be needed. Would highly recommend
