Nathan was a life saver for me tonight. My outlet shorted and had me on edge. He responded promptly, asked detailed questions, and reassured me there was no immediate danger but if I would like, he would come out for an emergency call tonight. Within 1.5 hrs from my initial contact, he has at my house on a Saturday night doing the repair. He checked everything to make sure it was safe and installed a new outlet for me. Nathan was so nice, funny, and reassuring and brought me great pease of mind. I will definitely use him again for future (hopefully planned, lol) electrical needs.
