- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Being a family run business we understand customers have budgets that they need to work within and not deep pockets. We keep costs reasonable without skipping out on quality of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with a meet and greet to go over there project needs and then write up an estimate. All my customers have direct access to me through my cell, email, office and website .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have been working in this line of business for over 15 years.
