- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, ever job is situational. There are many variables involved and no two customers are the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a client is interested in having work done, I will set up an initial meeting with them to meet them and to go over the specifics of what they need. Then, I take time and figure out a fair price for their needs and usually email them withing 24/48 hours with a detailed quote of the specifics of the work needed to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Psychology degree which helps me in dealing in the "people" business. Construction is not about big houses or remodel work, it is about building long term relations with people.
