- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flexible and will fit any budget. We pride ourselves in doing great quality work for a great value. As we understand most remodeling needs can be pricey we aim to work with the homeowner to ensure the job gets done properly and within budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting new customers and talking about their projects first, that way we have transparent idea of exactly what they want done. As the jobs come to a close, we take pride in delivering exactly what the customer wanted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 30 years of experience in the industry and a bachelors degree from Rhode Island College in Marketing and Management I have the knowledge to handle any issues your home may have. I also have learned how to get the most out of my employees which shows through their work ethic.
