- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please contact us about specifics on pricing. We are affordable and we work with our customers budget. For our services, we have different packages such as Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Moreover, there is a $25 fee charge to travel out of state. What makes us different than other Pros is that 50% of our funds goes to our charity projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and easy. We get all the information we need from the customer about what job they want done and we confirm location and time for when the job has to be completed. Then we travel to the location and get the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years of hands on base experience which contributes to our knowledge about Junk removal, Cleaning, Moving and Packaging, and Event Planning Services. All of our customers are happy with their service.
