FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My mobile notary fee is $50-$100 per appointment depending on distance and timing. Rhode Island allows up to $25 per notarization, and I also offer Remote Online Notarization (eNotarization/RON) at $25 per document. Pricing includes travel, flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends), and a free digital PDF copy. Additional witnesses available for $40 if needed. All fees disclosed upfront—no hidden charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I confirm what documents you need notarized and whether witnesses are required. We schedule a time and location that works for you (or remote online if preferred). 2. At the appointment, I verify your ID, explain the process, and notarize your documents. 3. You receive both the original notarized documents and a free digital PDF copy for your records.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Notary Public in Rhode Island, fully compliant with all state notarial laws and fully insured with professional liability coverage. I stay current on RI notary requirements and best practices for mobile and remote online notary services. I am a member of the Official Notaries of America Organization and have an MBA and Masters in Public Health. I also have extensive experience working with individuals, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies.
