The massage therapist was EXCELLENT. I didn't feel pain the next day. I looked up where she trained and was impressed with how mmuch the students are trained, and educated. I gave the facility a 4 because the massage room is off the main hallway and I could hear everything going on out in the offices. The distraction made it difficult to totally relax. I've been to oodles of massage sessions and usually I am drenched in quiet.

When you make a call for your first therapy appointment, you are likely to be anxious and ready for something to be different. We have someone answering your calls during normal business hours, because when you're ready, you don't want to have to wait for someone to call you back!
