He priced the job right. Was punctual. Let me examine the finished work and if I wasnt satisfied with the results offered to do whatever was necessary to get it right. It was perfect. I have many projects for him in the near future. Pro paint, Al Pratte can solve your repair and project needs at an affordable price.

Al is the most professional and skilled craftsman and painter we have ever hired. He’s done two jobs for us; painting and skim coating/painting our bedroom and bedroom ceiling. He also came in and rebuilt a disaster front stair portico that was built horribly by a previous contractor. Watching Al work was astounding. His commitment to perfection was more than we could’ve imagine. There were moments when he cared more about details than we did! He was there every time he said he would be, he is incredibly communicative, collaborative, and reliable. Al turned out room into an oasis and our portico into a focal point of our home for passers-by. He is so respectful, kind, caring and committed, he worked on our home with the dedication of what you would expect him to have for his own home. I truly cannot say enough about Al and his skill. He gave us the ability to trust a craftsman again and he gave us new pride in our home.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually have specials running and most jobs require just a 25% payment up front. Plus, I always look for ways to save you money without lowering my standard of quality.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In most cases, I meet with the client at the job site and discuss how the process will take place. I let him or her know that we will do our best not to disrupt the daily activities of the home or site, answer questions or concerns then schedule a start date and time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned a BA from Roger Williams University, as well as, a business leadership certificate from Bryant University. I have over 20 years of painting and home remodeling experience. I am a certified RI contractor with a 1 million dollar liability insurance policy to protect both my clients and myself.
