Nicholas drafted the plans for my 500sqft home addition. He drove to Massachusetts to get his own measurements and provided excellent plans. He was very responsive and patient with multiple rounds of revisions. I highly recommended him as a draftsman.

We were very pleased with the work that Julia and Nicholas did for us. We wanted to do an attic remodeling project, and were finding it hard to visualize what the final result would be. Julia and Nicholas came by, made measurements and made multiple proposals, complete with 3D mockups. We iterated multiple times on drawings and they were patient with us the whole time.
We are now moving forward with construction.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price all of our projects at a fixed rate, meaning we give a quote up front and stick to it throughout the "life-span" of the project. If the scope of work changes drastically, we will require additional funding!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very client friendly and is as follow:
-We like to onboard by having an initial conversation to hear your wants/needs for your design.
-Following this initial consultation, we give you a fixed quote.
-We then come physically to your site (once our quote is approved) and measure the existing conditions of the space, and also chat with you about your project in person.
-Next we send over a generalized design of the project accompanied by 3D renderings of the design.
-Once the design is approved, we create the construction documentation to submit for permit approval.
-We then stay on in an administrative position overseeing the construction process, and we also connect you with contractors and building suppliers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is fully educated from Roger Williams University with out Masters in Architecture, with a focus/minor in sustainable design practices. We partner this with more than a decade of combined experience of real world documentation/field work.
